We’ll start by stepping away from the busy-ness of daily life, enjoying expert-led workshops and intentional conversations. It’s time to slow down, look inward, and gain clarity on what’s working—and what’s ready to shift.

DAY TWO: REALIGN

Let’s uncover ways to show up in your business that feel authentic and sustainable. Together, we’ll explore what feels good, realign your business with your true self, and discover a balance that works for you.

I’m a postpartum doula turned designer here to help you reconnect with your passion for birthwork and reignite your business in a way that feels balanced and aligned.

I know how easy it is to lose yourself and your passion in the endless demands of running a business. Through my personal journey, I’ve learned the art of moving with intention and resting with purpose—embracing the dance of duality that makes balance feel possible.

That’s exactly what this retreat is about: giving yourself permission to pause, reconnect, and realign.

We believe that sustainable business growth starts with feeling aligned and energized, so we incorporate both strategic business workshops and restorative practices like yoga, nature excursions, and mindfulness exercises. The goal is for you to leave with clarity, inspiration, and a sense of balance in both your business and personal life.

  • VIP Admission includes private cabin accommodations, an exclusive local excursion, access to the private fire experience, yoga, and additional bonuses like 1:1 website/copywriting audits, professional brand photography, and a welcome gift. General Admission provides access to all workshops, community gatherings, and daily provisions but does not include accommodations or the additional VIP bonuses.

  • Retreat & Realign is designed for birthworkers at any stage of their journey who feel creatively burnt out, disconnected from their passion, or overwhelmed by the demands of running a business. Whether you’re a doula, midwife, lactation consultant, or another birth professional, this retreat will help you recharge and realign with your purpose.

  • We’ll send a full packing list closer to the retreat, but essentials include comfortable clothing, a journal, any personal items you need for relaxation.

  • All tickets are non-refundable, but if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another birthworker. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

  • Yes! Each cabin has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, so you’re welcome to share accommodations with a friend. If you’d like to attend together and split the cost, reach out to us for special pricing.

  • No worries! Many attendees will be coming solo, and this retreat is intentionally designed to foster deep, meaningful connections. From small-group breakout sessions to communal meals, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet like-minded birthworkers that will, hopefully, leave as friends.

  • We will have a variety of breakfast options available each morning, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, and other light provisions. While we won’t be serving a hot breakfast, you’re welcome to bring any additional snacks or items to supplement your morning meal.

  • This retreat is intentionally designed with a balance of structured workshops and open time for rest, reflection, and connection. While we have scheduled activities, there will be plenty of space to breathe, explore nature and downtown Asheville, and simply be present without feeling rushed.

When you attend this retreat, you're not just investing in yourself—you’re also supporting families in Western North Carolina who are still rebuilding after Hurricane Helene.

5% of all proceeds will go directly to Lemon Tree Doula's Scholarship Fund, supporting free or subsidized postpartum care for families in need.
